Data collected
- By email: your address and the content of your message.
- Through the invitation form (Talks and training page): name, organisation, role, email, phone, type of organisation, type of contribution, proposed topic, audience, dates or period, duration, place and city, budget, travel costs, recording or publication planned, preferred reply deadline, and your agreement.
Appointment requests are handled in French; the French privacy notice (Politique de confidentialité) covers them.
Purposes
To answer your message or your request for a talk or a training session.
Recipients and processors
Processors: OVH (hosting of the site); the University of Mons mail service (email to the academic address and the invitation form); Google (audience measurement).
Audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit and Google Tag Manager. These tools belong to Google and process data under Google’s terms. You can object in your browser (blocking third-party cookies or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for their correction or erasure, or for the restriction of their processing, and you can object to a processing, by writing to melissa.florian@umons.ac.be.
